I couldn't be happier that we picked Robert Fair to cater our wedding. They were so accommodating during the entire planning process- both my mom and I live out of state. They were very responsive through email and phone calls. We made several changes to the menu and schedule during the process, and never felt nervous that things were being forgotten or misunderstood. We chose to have a stations menu and they were so flexible with our choices, always keeping our final costs in mind. The billing was straight forward- no surprise hidden charges or taxes, etc.

Because we were out of state, we weren't able to meet until the day of the wedding. She immediately made me feel comfortable. She had an amazing mix of friendliness and professionalism- I felt she really cared about me and my day, but she was also able to keep my unruly groomsmen on schedule and informed. They said later they thought she was a lot of fun. She coordinated really well with the other vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. She also made sure that our favors were presented at the end of the night, etc.

The food was amazing- I didn't get to eat as much as I would have liked, but all I hear from guests is how amazing the food was, including every single appetizer and the main dishes. I did get a chance to have some tasty moist turkey and really amazing prime rib. Every staff member, from the servers to the bar tenders were friendly and accommodating, too. I couldn't be happier with our catering choice.
