I lost 5stone in 4.5 months
It removes you from convention food and so alwes you time to reasses your relationship with food, and take away temptation to bear your diet.
Has counceling soultions to combat any mental problem that may cause you to over eat or abuse food.
is an ongoing progam to help you maintain your weightloss once you have reached your desired weight.
is supportive and encorages exersise will not force you to do anything you dont want to.
Bad Points
The food packs arent the most tasty things in the world but you dont eat them to have fun you eat them to lose weight and the rate at which you lose weight is reward enough.
There is often a lot of pressure from other people wondering if it is safe and healthy but i have found the foodpacks contain everything i need for a balenced diet and often people on food packs said they felt more healthy on them than they ever did before.
General Comments
I loved the group counceling sessions and having lost so much weight so quickley i am really happy with myself and the lighter life progam, i have only just reached my target weight and am now starting to learn to manage my weight but i feel confident that with the support offerd by lighter life i can maintain my weight and continue to be healthy which is more than any other diet i have ever tried
