Staff at Dreams and Memories was very sweet and kind on the day of the wedding and kind until they received payment and then would not return phone calls or emails. Our DVD does not work. They did not make the changes to our engagement CD where they made a spelling error. More was promised.. The website disappeared. Phone numbers do not work. We are coming up to our second anniversary and we are so disappointed that we were misled by a company that we thought we could trust.
