General Comments
NEVER AGAIN! I arrived at JFK and called SuperShuttle to confirm that I had arrived. I was told that it would be a 45 minute wait. I waited and waited, an hour an a half later, I called them back. I was told that the driver would be there in 10 minutes, I wait another 45 minutes, and called them back. Again, I was told the driver would be there in 10 minutes...after a total of waiting time of THREE hours...they never showed and I had to take a taxi to my destination.
I had booked for a round trip. There was no way that I was going to use them to go back to the airport. I followed their instructions and cancelled the pick-up (I have the confirmation to prove it).
Live and learn...I had to learn the hard way!
