Ambrotose boosts my immune system which I seem to need more than most people.
Bad Points
Very expensive.
Taste is not great. (I use the powder because I hate pills.)
General Comments
I replaced taking Ambrotose 18 months ago after using it daily over six years with another highly recommended multi-vitamin and have had persistent low immune problems ever since. I have been on antibiotics twice and been to the doctor 4 times trying to resolve my watery eyes, sinus problems, and coughing. This is highly unusual for me and I didn't relate it to Ambrotose until recently. I am back on Ambrotose now and the results have been almost immediate. It's an amazing product for my type of immune system.
