General Comments

All I wanted was to have the phone delivered to my work address. Simple enough you would think as I am here during the day so in the interest of security that would make sense.... I get one of many emails saying I need to send a proof of business address after sending 5 unsuitable proofs (very time consuming) I tell them to deliver to my home address - again they want proof I explain I am at work and definately live there. After 16 emails including my bank statements, pay slip business bank statements they still refuse to deliver and wont give me a satisfactory reason as to why they wont just deliver my phone! They called me again and said they wanted more letter head I told them to cancel as if they cant organise a simple delivery.
