Good Points

Friendly service, no need to return cars to base every 28 days (using Budget) like other suppliers do. Rating is for not requiring the return of car every 28 days


Bad Points

Despite a 77 day rental, a verbal promise of an upgrade plus upgrade voucher I did not get an upgrade. Company appeared not to be able to allow me to change the car after Xmas.


General Comments

I questioned my lack of upgrade during the rental period and was advised that it was likely because my 77 day rental straddled the 10 day Xmas/ New Year period !! As I write this is ongoing but they have not come up with anything for the remaining 40 days. The car was rented and will be returned to Orlando. I reside closer to Tampa and suggested they might offer to let me upgrade at Tampa and return to Orlando on completion (I thought this was reasonable) but so far nothing. They said they would "do there best" to make sure I got an upgrade next time. My next rental will be a 37 day rental which will straddle Easter 2009. I was advised to take the car with upgrade and return it for the standard car for Easter - I ask you. I honestly thought the company could and would deliver but the truth is they didn't.
If you want to risk it go ahead but the upgrade will just tell you seems to be "subject to availability" Look around, there are cheaper companies on the market
