Direct Line Mortgages are constantly making mistakes. We have received several letters from Direct line telling us we are in arrears when we are not! When we have phoned they have admitted the letter had been sent in error.
We also get letters telling us our balance - 3 letters in one month we received all with very different balances on! Very worrying.
