handicapped bathroom was very spacious and well maintained


General Comments

I flew with United from Sao Paulo to Chicago then North Carolina. On the flight to Chicago, the flight attendants were unhelpful. The video entertainment in economy did not work at all. I had very little leg room and even less space because of the passenger in front of me reclining. When i arrived in North Carolina, the wheel on one of my suitcases was broken off and the handle on my other suitcase was broken. When i went to the office to ask to have compensation for the damage i was told it would not be covered. If i have the choice i will never fly united again.
