We stayed in Chalet traviatta, Canazei, Val Di Fassa, Italy at christmas and we had a fabulous welcome by the crystal team, who looked after us all week The 3 hosts in the chalet and the rep, who was the best rep that we have encountered on a holiday and all can only be commended for their hard work and made our holiday and our christmas a very enjoyable experience. 1 week was too short! We have travelled with a few companies for a skiing holiday, we travel as a large group and crystal ski have, by far been the best
