Ordered item on line to be collected at the store. Efficient service, staff carried the item to my car and loaded it in the boot for me.
Item ( manager's chair) exactly what I required, very good value for the money. Easy to assemble.Very satisfied with the service, goods and competency of all involved. Thank you. PC web page indicated that the item was available at the store, I reserved the item then half an hour later was telephoned to say that the store no longer supplied furniture. Web page needs to be updated.
