I wish I had read these listings to see their poor customer score. Got my refund..... Eventually - Took 6 emails (sometimes they didn't reply), 2 trips to the Sorting office. Told 2 different dispatch dates by email, another by the website tracking system.
Would have scored 0 out of 10, but they did sort the refund, so 1 out of 10.
