I love the Sony Ericsson S500i, i must say that i was put off by some negitive reveiws when i first got it about the keys cracking however as a heavy duty texter i havent had this problem at all tho i will say that the button used to make spaces in texting is getting a bit unresponsive.

It looks great and with the flashing lights with are easy to change into your own colour scheme it really is a phone you wont get bored of quickly. The display changes with the season and for special occations it has added graphics, bats flying about at Halloween, Christmas lights at crimbo, fireworks at new year etc

Its very easy to use, im not great with finding my way round a new phone but this one was no hassle.

Music player is great no problems there but the cam is not brill in low light. In normal light the pictures are ok.

Bad points, well the battery is not brillaint, im having to charge it everyday or at least every other day. In saying this i do use my phone a lot so for someone with less use with it it would probs last longer.

All in all a great phone especialy for the girls! If your swithering on get one i would say go for it, i dont think youd be disappointed.
