At challenging weather conditions such as storm and rain the network tower disapears.Communication will be completely not available.

Internet service plans give very slow speed connection only the the web pages can be viewed and downloads are very annoying.
Short messaing service cost is high compared to other service providers for life time cards.
General Comments
Bharti Airtel gives good coverage in remote village areas and the signal quality is also good.
Internet service plans are very satisfying. At Rs.75 users can enjoy unlimited internet for seven days.
Special offers such as booster packs,addon to another number will reduce the phone bill in certain weeks.
*The customer care service is good and they answering the queries after a few minutes wait. However if these pros and cons exist,I am enjoying this service and its quality is very good.
