Bad Points


The booking process on Just Flowers was easy. Delivered a week late and didn't notify me until then.
Called - on hold 15min as the next caller
Put through to voice mail since they were having high call volume (remember, I was caller #1)
Mailbox was full - couldn't leave a message
Apparent reason(s) for delay in delivery - recipient was in ICU (not true) - then the excuse was the florist didn't have the flowers requested (should I not have gotten a call to choose another)?
