Acceleration, handling, efficiency

Reliability. Customer service is very poor. Service investigations are computer jobs - no real investigation work.


General Comments

The Volkswagen Golf 1.4 is in for major work after 1 year and 26k miles, needs new turbo, intercooler, catalyst, exhaust system and potentially engine.

Customer service entirely lacking. Unable to determine fault so ignore it. Fail to provide alternative transport despite continued requests.
