Part of an insurance package that covers Travel, Mobile Phone and a number of other benefits. At around £10 per month the deal SEEMS good. Another case of you get what you pay for unfortunately. The maximum the First Direct Mobile Phone Insurance will pay out (after you have paid the excess of £35) is £265 - regardless of the value of your handset. This policy is more than likely to leave you well out of pocket should you need to make a claim. Only Loss and Theft is covered at all - not damage. Check out what your phone is going to replace before accepting this product. If £265 won't cover it then look elsewhere for the insurance. Remember that this policy is also only covering Loss or Theft.
