Order placed has taken over a month and has yet to be delivered. Card was debited on 10/12/08. No e-mail received acknowledging order or advising delay. Phone queries(0871 Number) are costly.
I have used Chums before, and service was satisfactory. However today I managed to obtain a quick reply, and was told that my order had been despatched on 6th January. The delay was because they had been busy. I used to work in customer support, and would never have considered that an excuse. I do not have high hopes of receiving my order and found your site while searching for information on any other problems with this supplier.
