Price looked good, but not much use if they can't deliver.


General Comments

Sainsbury Kitchen Appliances Online took my money then failed to produce the goods, despite saying they wouldn't take payment until delivery confirmed - over two months and no cooker! I was given three different delivery dates, then things fell silent with no hope of ever getting the goods it would seem... Constant follow up calls never produced results, had to repeat same story many times each time I called them, then they would cut me off without any explanation. Three days off work wasted.
