Customer service is apalling, quite the worst I have ever experienced


General Comments

I had somebody run into the back of my car in September 2008 and I am still waiting for the car to be repaired in January 2009. Have made numerous calls to "customer services" with absolutely no progress. When "customer service" promise to call me back they don't. When you ask to speak to a supervisor none are available, but one will call me in 24hrs, of course I'm still waiting

The levels of service are so bad that I have now given up talking to Churchill and have referred the matter to the ombudsman
