Good Points

I have to disagree with the comments below, i have been using them for the last 6 months and have had no problems whatsoever. There staff are very helpful, the costs I think are very competitive and we do quite a lot of business with them.

General Comments

I would recommend moneybookers to anyone, my business has increased dramtically over the last 6 months and my conversion rate is a lot higher now than when I was using other payment providers.

Maybe their service has improved since I started using them and I understand that ebay in the US are putting them on their site as a payment provider.

    That could be true. Since once you get the money from the customer, it is hard for the customer to get it back, even they got no service at all.

    I am deeply concerned at being unable to close my apparent account. All attempts have been without success. If anyone at all can advise how to close accounts with them I would be most grateful. I cannot login as I do not have the details requested and all attempts for customer service require login or registration. I question this company and warn others to be very careful of the operation.
