General Comments

I was waiting for a replacement debit card from my back which was ordered on 8 December - after 10 days or so I didn't receive I called the Bank, they then told me they used this hapless courier service for London. Fine I thought, can they deliver at weekends? No. Can they deliver other than 9-5? No.

So the Bank said the card could be sent to my work address as I wasn't about to take a day off work (good job looking at the other comments) I arranged via the Bank for it to be delivered to my work. They had my phone number and didn't bother to call me (never left a note) - again I had to call the Bank and was promised the card would be delivered. Again no call - spoke to someone at SMS who had the cheek to blame the Bank. Then finally a date was arranged for xmas eve - I said my office closes at one - can you tell me if it will be delivered, I was told they would do there best - but I stuck around after 1 was on the phone asking what's happened, waited till about 4 (all the while on the phone to them - they were saying he is on his way) then finally told they tried to deliver and no-one was there - I work for a large law firm in central London - there is always someone here - it was complete madness.

Eventually I had to order a new card, and pray it ddnt end up with SMS - I complained to the Bank, after this SMS did deliver, but they delivered the old, cancelled card - they said they never recieved the new one, even though the bank said they sent it to them.

This company is utterly utterly useless.
