8 hr delay no reps,no drinks or food vouchers offered


General Comments

24th december 08,Birmingham to Paphos
.Plane had problems,rather be safe than sorry so not complaining about that,but where was the help when we needed it?no reps anywhere,no drinks or food vouchers given.then we had to go to Manchester,we did get 1 free drink when we finally got on plane.It was a complete nightmare.Always try and travel with Thomsons because we could rely on them,but this time they really let us down.
