Eventually getting through to a reasonably helpful chap

General Comments

Ordered Nokia 6300 black and they were very quick to get the money. Given a delivery date. The the computer generated emails came in their abundance saying that delivery had to be postponed and giving a new date only for another email arriving at 8pm (as all the others did) and so on.
I then cancelled the order via their website and would you believe got an email the next day confirming this. I was anxious to know when I would get my money back. However on checking my bank statement I found a free phone no. Managed fairly easily to get through to a chap who explained that it would take up to 5 days for the money to get back in to my account. We'll just have to wait and see. It transpired that the phone was no longer in stock. I note to their credit that the company to their credit have today put a note on the web to that effect.
Would I use them again, DEFINITELY NOT
