Bad Points

The only thing I found could use a little improvemnt was I think they could do a little more in the men's ranges and maybe knock down some of the prices at a time when people are on tight budgets like myself it makes it harder for me to just go out and buy what I want when most things are round 90 to a 100 pounds an upwards they would be the only things I think I would change...


General Comments

I did like the diffrent ranges of products you could buy....I also liked the diffrent styles I feel thats important in a very competitive retail market....I enjoyed the friendly customer service how they did not push anything on you and how they were very helpful........I felt at the end of buying what I went for it was a place I would go back to rather then other jewlers because of the atmosphere anf friendly customer service! I am of course talke about the stor on the high street in peterborough they are truly brilliant staff! The store I went into was very friendly very welcoming not pushy but patient the staff no just when to go to you for help or advice and know just when to let you go to them pretty much brillant...
