Not just reasonable but excellent service when you need them.

General Comments

Didn't quibble about paying out at all! Which is what you need when your fiance looks out the window and the latch goes straight under his eye ball when you're in Hong Kong.... we went straight to the first private hospital where they wanted a £2000 deposit from our CC. I was so scared and I rang them (in tears) and they asked if I needed a helicopter!? They said just keep all our receipts and send them in when we got back. The money was back in our account on within 2 weeks, no questions asked. My work colleague had a nightmare with her insurance she got free with a bank account, they had problems with every receipt she presented. I can't recommend Norwich Union enough.
