Good Points

I visited the Costa Teguise Ficus Apartments on 25th dec all inc. for two weeks. No good points, total waste of money,.


Bad Points

No entertainment that I could find, no pool bar as stated in thomas cook online brochure. Bar did not open until 5pm, had to ask waiter for open locked cupboard in restaurant if you wanted a spirit drink.


General Comments

Never will return to the Ficus, rooms in dire need of refurbishment, rust around baths, and rooms smells. I paid for an all inclusive here and it was awful. This is not a three star hotel, more like a 1 star. The entertainment for kids is non existence. I am no snob and i was worried before i went reading other reviews, but i know you get good and bad reviews, but this really is a bad place to spend you hard earned cash. I always travel to three star;s and have always been very happy but this was dire. The food seemed dire and repetative. It rained twice whilst here, and guests had to argue to have the main bar open so as to go somewhere, eventually they did late afternoon, but i think they waited for people to pay 3 euros for the telly first, so most people with children stayed in their rooms. I am only being honest with this review but i think you should consider if your thinking of going to these apts. Costa Teguise itself is very nice, very clean. ood Luck and sorry if i am putting people off.
