Good Points

Have cheaper flights than none budget airlines although still more expensive than budget airlines


Bad Points

Bad cumstomer service.


General Comments

What can I say.. I made the mistake of flying with them with uninsured suitcase. The suitcase was lost and although they confirmed this, they did not gave the compensation they promised. Later, they gave some of the money. Just one comment if you plan to use their services, always insure your luggage with a private insurer so you will not have the misfortune of having to speak with them directly.
