Good Points

my bill is always delivered to my door on exact same date every month. (aren't they always) Their broadband is actually quite good - i never have problems!

General Comments

I have been with orange around 6 years now. I used to be happy but not for the past year. The website often has problems when i try to sign in, my sony ericsson k850i has been sent back to them, they won't give me a different handset even though i am not happy with it, customer service are unhelpful when i ring to inform them that YET AGAIN the phone is switching itself off and the touch screen buttons are sticking. I wanted to set up a direct debit for a certain date of the month so i could organise my finances all to come out on the same date... was just told no.
