I was removed from a Virgin Atlantic Airways international flight because a computer error printed caused me to recieve the same ticket as another passenger with the same name and initial. The staff member who three me off was unhelpful and refused to admit they'd made a mistake even when they found my correct info, but only after flight left. Customer service was slow and unhelpful over phone. They did make up for it the next day.
