In general, if you live nearby and you want to get some practice in or just have a ski, the Chill Factore is a real plus and we're lucky to have it.
Very well run, very efficient, but do allow extra time at obvious peak times as the staff must make sure you have equipment that is safe so queues can appear for skis/boots. The main slope is perfect for working on your technique, it doesn't matter it's not huge, it would need to be 50% longer to make any difference. Good choice of casual dining and high quality shops.
I've been a few times now, and the only thing I can think of as negative is I felt I had skis which
were not edge sharp on one occasion. I use my own boots.
