General Comments

Newport News Women's clothing has great swimwear. Returned unwanted items on December 8, 2008. It is now January 11, 2009 (Over a month later) and I am STILL waiting for my $250 to be credited back to my credit card. I have been calling them 2 or 3 times every week, and they always say the same thing "Give us another 4 weeks". Um, what??!?!?!? I've now paid finance charges on this balance. Not fair. They confirmed that they received the package back in their warehouse only 2 days after I shipped. So why the delay? I want my money back! I will never shop here again. This has been a hassle.
