Had been searching for a new phone for a couple of weeks and found it to be the cheapest at dialaphone. Had a good look about their website and saw that they were a trading devision of phones for you so i placed an order(website didn't say the status of stock). Seemed okay to start but after delivery being delayed once i requested an explanation and was told it was a processing error. Next day, i was again told delivery would be delayed so i reqested to cancel. The following day i was sent a cancellation confirmation e-mail at 13:23 only to find that they had taken the money out of my account despite the apparent processing error. Asked for an explanation and was told that I would receive a full refund in up to 7 days. Will have to wait and see! Terrible service.
