Not much good to say about Moneyway at all, yes they are friendly but it's certainly all for show.
Bad Points
Unhelpful, Waste of time and money. Charge £15 per month for very poor service.
General Comments
They never ever bothered paying my T.V Licence even though i sent them every bill as i was advised to, ended up with red letters and court threats from T.V Licence. I had to pay them myself which was costing me more money. Never explained to my satisfaction why they weren't paying it. I told them to take the t.v licence bill of my Moneyway account and they charged me £1 to do so! l also had problems with Water bill payments because of them, nearly getting me into big trouble yet again. I will definitely not continue paying them £15 for nothing. Goodbye Moneyway!
