Good Points

everything works well until I try to access my Business account


Bad Points

system "times out" when I try to access my business account


General Comments

I am living 90% of my time in Thailand with an excellent internet reception ( I am on the sixth floor overlooking the sea.) I can access all my other banking needs speedily and to the end. HSBC will not allow me to access my business accounts, it keeps "timing out" which is very expensive (I have to get my UK office to do the deals )and as I have the security fob in Thailand we are limited to the time difference for business connections. What can you do. No-one on your helpline seem to be able to resolve the problem. I am at present in the UK and can access the system with no problem. I would love to be able to do the same in Thailand when I return.

    I too have the same problem from Singapore. HSBC Uk is the only site I cannot access at the moment - and have tried using a different laptop. So I am phoning them all the time to get info on my accounts.
