Good Points

My business bank is HSBC and I cannot access my account from Thailand because it keeps (timing out) If only I could run my business account the same as yours. I have banked with nationwide for twenty years or more and everyone is helpful. May we have many more years together.


Bad Points

I cannot use Skype to telephone to UK, all other banks allow it and it is cheaper than calls. Please catch up with today's technology and give us a better telephone service.(SKYPE)


General Comments

I have used internet banking for lots of years, I now spend 90% of my time in Thailand and still run my finances at home. I highly rate Nationwide's internet banking service, I love the card reader, I feel secure using it. I am now in my 76th year, so age is no problem. I also run my husband's accounts on internet with the same results. Thank you for a very user friendly site.
