General Comments
I was recommended OTBEACH by a friend whos family have booked with OTBEACH for the last 3 years taking 3 holidays a year I was a bit wary having reading the reviews on the net but i was assured there was nothing to worry about so I decided to book a last minute christmas break to Gran Canaria. I looked on the website and found some really cheap deals but when I went to book them it would not process my order as it was too close to departure. So I called the sales team and spoke to a really helpful assistant who offered me all the flight options and talking me through what hotel I wanted and what they all offered me I finally came up with a HB deal to Puerto Rico I booked it over the phone I was expecting there to being a higher charge booking it over the phone but did not work out much more but it was worth it with the service I received from the helpful assistant. She advised me I would recieve my paperwork after about 10 minutes when I did not come thorugh after a few hours I called back I unfortuately was not able to speak to the lady who booked my holiday but was told to email admin but obviously there was not time so the assistant on the phone double checked the email address and it was incorrect he then put me on hold and said he would speak to the admin dept himself as they were email based only. Whilst I was on phone my confirmation came through and he advised me it had been corrected and that was only contact I had as I picked my tickets from the airport with no hassle and had no problems at hotel etc. I am going to egypt in nov 2009 and i will 100% booking my holiday with OTbeach there great and look forward to getting another cheap deal.
