- Have you made a claim?Yes
Was the BEST policy 4 years ago. No excess, reasonable premiums, damage to own property covered.
Bad Points
Once we were all sucked in they have dumped the no excess and added a percentage on top of excess to older dogs. The damage cover has gone and the premiums have doubled.
General Comments
I feel disgusted with M and S. I swapped to them for the cover they offered and then they changed it and doubled premiums. Those of us stuck with them because we have had a claim or even just seen a vet without claiming are now going to have to either not have any insurance or pay double or treble premiums tothe ones we agreed to.
Shame on them.
