Good Points

I have been wearing these shoes for a long time they are very supportive in both front and heal strike incorperating the gel system.they are suitable for runners with high arches and those who run middle to long distance.I would say that you get about 400-500 miles out of these but i use them for training in,racing in and cross country although they are not a cross country shoe.But overall a good shoe, they last me about a year.


Bad Points

I have problem where my big toe tends to rise up when running wearing out the mesh erea of the shoe this was addressed by asics but only for 1 year by reinforcing the toe area.so i have to put a patch in to reduce the wear.If you are a heavy pronator expect also the sole to wear quicker on one side reducing the life of the shoe but i suppose you could say that about any running shoe.


General Comments

As i say i have been using these shoes for many years and have been very good, i have not changed although i have looked at other makes i still end up going back to these!
