great work out, and quite fun, it really works!

before having my daughter last year i lost almost 5 stone using this charlie brooks dvd along with a calorie control diet, but unfortunately put alot back on again when pregnant. i have restarted my diet again and have lost 1 and half stone in about 8 weeks. its a great dvd. charlie and dee (the trainer) seem to be good friends and make you feel good about working out. i find it hard to fit the full dvd into my busy life as a new mum so manage 30 mins everyday when my little one naps, but even that seems to do the trick. i would absolutely recomend this dvd to anyone,its fun, easy to follow and works.
