Bought a tennis racket for an xmas present only to realise it wasn't the correct grip-size. Having left it to the last minute, it wouldn't have been possible to send it back and wait for another one. But when i phoned up, I was told I could go up to either one of their shops in London and exchange them for the correct gripsize; which I did without any problems at all.
Also noticed that the shops (I went to the one in Northwood Hills in middlesex) were cheaper than the website on a lot of items. They had the widest range of tennis rackets I've seen in any single place, so its definitely worth a visit to Tennisnuts if you're a tennis enthusiast.
