Bad Points
Very poor reception if the handset is not in line of sight, ie within 1 meter on the same side of your body, turn round or have the phone on the otherside and all you get are crackles.
General Comments
I do not like or recommend the Jabra bt500v as it was difficult to set up and had VERY POOR reception, claimed to be up to 10 mtrs but you were lucky to get 2mtrs, even took it back and changed it as I thought it was faulty, the 2nd one was just as bad.
