Good Points

At least we reached our destination, better late than never.


Bad Points

Flight late both on outbound and return.
Basic food - small portions
Cramped seats (worse than other charters)


General Comments

My family was flying from Gatwick to Paphos and we were told at the check in that the flight was delayed by just 20 minutes(it had not even arrived at that stage!!!). There were no ground staff who could explain to us what was happening. Eventually we took off 4 hours later than schedule. The pilot announced that this was a 'Santa' flight that had been delayed due to fog at Finland.

The same thing happened the following week on our Return!!. Atleast this time the check in staff were honest enough to tell us that they did not know the time of departure as the flight had not yet arrived. Our First Choice Representative said that it was not their responsibility and had no further information. We eventually took off 3 hours later than scheduled and you guessed right, this time the pilot announced there had been handling problems in Finland.

We are definitely not going to fly Thomsom again.
