I travelled from Essex to Always the Bridesmaid the welcome was good and I selected two dresses for my bridesmaids paid for them in full. Was told they would arrive in plenty of time for my May wedding.


General Comments

It got to 3 weeks before the wedding and I had not heard anything. I called and was told the dresses were due in a couple of days. I called again a few days later and the dresses had still not arrived. Then one week before the wedding the dresses had still not arrived. The owner then made them herself. I did not see the dresses until the day of the wedding when my bridesmaid arrived with them, they were the wrong material. Were not as great as good as they should have been. I had very little contact, always promising to call me and not doing so. I contacted the company where the drresses were coming from and they had the dresses since early April ready for Always a Bridesmaid to collect. I was told that the supplier had let the shop down! Would I recommend it No. The after care was not good at all.
