I'd bought a tennis racket from Tennisnuts as a christmas present only to find that I'd ordered the wrong grip size. Having left it to just the day before the eve, there wasn't time to return the racket for the correct grip size. However, when I phoned, I was told I could exchange the racket at one of their shops in London, which I did without any problems.
Also, I noticed that the shop was actually cheaper on many items. They also had the widest selection of tennis rackets I've ever seen, so its well worth a visit if you play.
