Good Points

Facilities reasonable. Cheaper than elsewhere.


Bad Points

Appalling customer service. Useless staff in charge of dealing with complaints.


General Comments

I've been battling with Virgin for 5 months now regarding a complaint over membership. I have a legitimate medical reason for not attending the gym - I have been advised against it as I am experiencing a complicated pregnancy and am currently undergoing physiotherapy - but they are not being helpful to me by suspending or canceling my membership.
I'm in the latent stages of labour and people aren't speaking to me- apparently I'll get a call back within 24 hours (the 3rd time I've been told that!). There is no flexibility owing to the fact that I might be in hospital by then!!
Would never ever recommend them - really struggled to think of good points.
