General Comments
If you ordered anything in the last couple of months and it was slow getting to you, it may be because of Oprah's free photo book giveaway through Snapfish. I was told on the site that it would take about 3 weeks. It did. I was ok with this because I know they had lots of Oprah viewer orders. I got my photobook just before leaving for Christmas vacation and love, love. love it! Every page looks great! I had signed up for Snapfish but had not ordered anything. Now, I can't wait to have tons of pictures developed. If I have any problems, I will update my review. So far my rating is 10 but I'm giving a 9 because I know there is always room for improvement.
