On the Ventura, P&O Cruises, the balcony was a good size, with sufficient storage space and a comfortable bed but I believe P&O have got this one wrong. Too many passengers. Not enough sunbeds which were packed in like sardines. Food not as good as expected. Insufficient staff ( who do work very hard). Average entertainment.It is a shame because I have cruised several times before with the same company. Hopefully they do get it right, but it should be right before the first sailing. People pay a lot of money for these holidays, it needs to be right and it isn't. Will I cruise on the ventura again - NO.
