unorganised, rudeness, no sense of customer services
General Comments
Air France seems very unorganised, i wait my luggage the last four days to be delivered, 3 hours in a plane after landing, 30 hours delay in a transit flight and there was no plan about accomodation, food and drink. comfortable seats.
