General Comments

I got my Piaggio NRG DT power liquid cooled scooter for christmas 2008. i instantly fell in love with the bike.
i ride 12 miles to my school so i wanted some independance also it is a brillaint ride around my local town.

the bike was restricted as it came. and it was awful you dont have the power you need especially up hills. the first time i tried it to bakewell a local time. 12 miles away it took 1 hour which was laughable

i got the moped derestricted and on my way back down the dual carriage way i was shocked the moped reached 64 mph which is amazing.

i am extremely happy with the moped overall and i belive it is one of the fastest.. but take it steady and dont race :).. iv seen alot of boy races go wrong... dont go over the limits or you will face the facts as this is a potentially quick bike.

the only bad point i have for the moped is that fuel gauge (electronic) is unrealiable you can fill the bike up and it will take time to register so your left wondering what is in the tank... also your fuel can go down to the last bar then back up to the 3rd or 4th. so keep an eye out on your fuel.. sometimes an old fuel gauge would be better

otherwise the electronic display is brilliant the speedo is acurate and lights up the moped at night

i would advise the moped to anyone...and i did try other bikes before i got this.. for example the DNA, Jog RR, and Aerox and i belive the NRG is the best
